Beside the trailer obviously talking about AI Art; which can both be highly degenerative to the industry if misused or wrongly developed, and hugely helpful when properly studied; the images in the project have not actually been made with AI, and, when they eventually are, it will be for the sole purpose of lore and very obviously stated. However, it does not mean that the art has been made entirely by hand. I have used an arsenal of tools I have been developing for some years and that I have improved heavily upon through the study of light and effects generation of AI Art. But even then, all the images have manual manipulation to make sure to show the story properly and bring you the best environments I can make. Some simply have google images with pixel art filters, though. It's an ARG, after all.
The purpose of this project is to reach out as many people as possible, sensitize artists about the fact that it's not something as clear and simple as "AI Art = bad", and to actually find artists I can hire for the most important project of my life: CodeStory.
As an AI enthusiast, I say with conviction: Creative arts are irreplaceable.

Eu sei que vocês odeiam arte IA com todas as forças, e fiz questão de garantir um uso respeitoso no trailer e nos níveis futuros, até porque mesmo usando muletas algorítmicas para fazer imagens, a "arte-final" e o refinamento das sombras e dos objetos dá um trabalho desgraçado em cada nível do projeto.
Como entusiasta de IA, afirmo com convicção: Artistas criativos são insubstituíveis.
